Terms of Service

By requesting a quote, scheduling a pickup, or using any service from Aloha Hauling ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services or website.

Aloha Hauling provides junk removal, cleanout, and light demolition services for residential and commercial customers throughout Ventura County and the San Fernando Valley. Services include heavy lifting, loading, transport, and responsible disposal, donation, and recycling of accepted items.

All quotes are volume-based and provided upfront before any work begins. The quoted price includes labor, loading, travel, and standard disposal fees. Final pricing may be adjusted on-site if the actual volume or scope of work differs materially from what was described at the time of quoting. Any change is discussed and agreed upon before we proceed.

We haul most household and commercial items. We do not accept hazardous materials including but not limited to paint, chemicals, asbestos, oils, batteries, biohazards, explosives, or any items prohibited by local, state, or federal law. Appointments are scheduled based on availability and a 2-hour arrival window. We call 30 minutes before arrival. Cancellations or rescheduling requests should be made at least 24 hours in advance. Same-day cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a service fee.

You are responsible for accurately describing the items to be removed and ensuring that you have the legal right and authority to dispose of them. You must provide safe and reasonable access to the items and disclose any conditions that may affect the safety of our crew (e.g., infestations, structural hazards, hazardous materials).

Aloha Hauling is fully licensed and insured. We take care to protect your property during loading and removal. We are not liable for pre-existing damage, items left behind that were not identified for removal, or damage caused by inaccurate information about the job site or items. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.

Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept cash, major credit/debit cards, and other methods listed at the time of booking. Invoicing is available for approved commercial accounts.

We strive to donate usable items to local charities and recycle materials whenever possible. While we make every reasonable effort to divert items from landfills, we cannot guarantee that any specific item will be accepted by a donation or recycling partner.

You agree to use our website lawfully and not to disrupt, misuse, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the site or its systems. Content on this site is provided for general informational purposes and may be updated without notice.

We may revise these Terms of Service at any time. Updated terms take effect when posted on this page. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
